The City Colleges of Chicago - Malcolm X College, Child Development Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Mental Health Consultant (MHC) services for the Child Development Laboratory Schools. Services must be consistent, equitable, culturally and linguistically responsive, and in full compliance with Office of Head Start (OHS) Performance Standards. The selected contractor will provide mental health consultation, education/training consulting, psychological services, and youth program services across the Child Development Laboratory Schools operated at City Colleges of Chicago campuses.

The County of Kane and the Kane County Sheriff are accepting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to retain and establish a contractual agreement to provide comprehensive, confidential, and competent mental wellness services for law enforcement personnel. The County seeks to enhance employee well-being, resilience, and job performance through accessible, evidence-based mental health support and related wellness services. Proposals must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct (www.bidnetdirect.com/illinois/kanecounty) before the submission due date and time of Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT.

Provide mental health wellness check-ins for both sworn and civilian staff.

Renovate 6 south for inpatient mental health. This project will renovate approx. 13,000 SF of space on the 6th floor south of the main tower for inpatient mental health clinic. The new space will create private rooms and private bathrooms for patients; currently all rooms are double occupancy. The renovation will resolve infrastructure issues, upgrade HVAC, and all other mechanical systems, correct fcas, upgrade it access, and provide enhanced safety for the patients and staff. The project will include staff areas for offices, storage, public areas, restrooms, and quiet rooms as required.

DJJ- High Acuity Mental Health Treatment Model

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (Behavioral Health Administration) is seeking proposals to innovate and improve accessibility and quality of community-based outpatient mental health services, with the aim of reducing admissions to regional treatment centers and community behavioral health hospitals. The initiative is part of the Mental Health Innovation Grant Program under Minnesota Statutes section 245.4662 and funds grantees to conduct gap analyses, design transitional care models (including urgent care centers), expand community services, and collect data in the Mental Health Information System with quarterly reporting. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028; eligible applicants include counties, Indian tribes, mental health service providers, hospitals, and community partnerships, and applications are due July 30, 2026.

Montgomery County DHHS seeks Early Childhood Consultants to provide mental health consultation, training, and technical assistance for early childhood services programs.

Clark County, Washington is soliciting proposals through its 2027 Mental Health Sales Tax Funding Grant Awards for external community partners to enhance the use and efficiency of Mental Health Sales Tax funding within the county. The program is funded by the county's 1/10th of 1% Mental Health Sales Tax established under RCW 82.14.460, supporting mental health services, substance use disorder treatment, and therapeutic court programs. The RFP was issued in late June 2026 with proposals due in mid-August 2026, with approximately $17 million historically available for award.

Provision of collaborative care for perinatal mental health in obstetrics, gynecology, and family medicine practices.

Southwest ISD seeks vendors to provide mental health services, resources, and training including direct clinical therapy (individual, group, family) delivered face-to-face, teletherapy or hybrid; licensed clinicians required (LPC, LCSW, LCDC, LMFT, LPA; LPC-I/LMSW interns supervised). Scope includes school-based SW CARES Center operations, therapist staffing/coverage, bilingual services (Spanish preferred), training topics (TF‑CBT, MI, DBT, SFBT, CBT), monthly/quarterly/annual outcome and program reporting (detailed KPIs), FERPA/HIPAA compliance, background checks per TEC 22.0834, specified insurance limits, and standard district contract/attachment requirements. This California Department of Education funding profile describes the Extraordinary Cost Pool program to reimburse SELPAs for extraordinary costs of single placements in nonpublic, nonsectarian schools (NPS), costs for pupils in licensed children's institutions (LCI), and extraordinary mental health service costs for necessary small SELPAs. The program is a state apportionment/reimbursement pool for fiscal year 2025-26 with available funding and an application/claims process; documentation is provided via the CDE funding profile and linked apportionment data collection resources.

Qualified service providers with specific experience in correctional facilities to provide medical and mental health services for the inmates within the County Jail (MCJ).

The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks one or more license agreements for use of approximately 39,260 square feet at the Quincy Mental Health Center for community mental health services, including acute psychiatric inpatient beds and related services. The license term will be one year with up to nine one-year renewal options; responses are due by June 30, 2036 and a site tour is scheduled for Dec. 17, 2025.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Technology Acquisition Center NJ (36C10B), is procuring Mental Health Mobile Apps Design, Development, and Research Support services. The estimated contract value is between $5 million and $9.9 million, with a small business set-aside designation and NAICS code 541512 for Computer Systems Design Services.
