Sourcewell issued an RFP to establish master agreements for law enforcement equipment for use by participating governmental and public entities in the U.S. and Canada. Proposals must be submitted online via the Sourcewell Procurement Portal, and some bid documents require vendor registration to download. The solicitation is currently open and closes on June 16, 2026, at 3:30 PM Central Time.

This product description is for up to four (4) 2025 GMC Yukon XL AT4 Ultimate SUVs. Materials shall be as specified herein. When materials are not specified, the vehicle and all parts thereof shall be furnished to provide the intended function, durability, safety, and maintain good long-term appearance. It is the mission of the Criminal Justice Academy (CJA/Academy) to foster and uphold prescribed laws and regulations by providing mandated basic and advanced training to law enforcement personnel and maintaining a continuous certification process to ensure that only the most qualified persons are sanctioned by the state to enforce its laws. Effective January 1, 2018, all Basic Law Enforcement Class 1 candidates must have a valid psychological evaluation administered during the pre-employment phase of the hiring process prior to an agency’s offer of employment.

The City of Petersburg, Virginia, has issued a sole source procurement notice for Digital Forensic Law Enforcement Software. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB) posted a Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to the Tioga County Sheriff's Department for Law Enforcement Services at the THC Lakes Project in Wellsboro, PA. The State of New Jersey Division of Purchase and Property seeks proposals for the statewide provision of law enforcement equipment and technology, including unmanned aerial vehicles, bomb detection equipment, and communications gear. The contract is set for a 48-month term with renewal options and requires bidders to provide comprehensive training and support for the supplied items. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Utah State Office, issued a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to obtain law enforcement services to assist BLM Rangers on public lands within Grand County, Utah. The action documents a sole-source arrangement with the Grand County Sheriff’s Office to provide patrols, dispatching, and enforcement of state and county laws on BLM-administered lands. The procurement has an estimated value of $713,000 over a base year plus four option years.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Department of Criminal Justice Training, seeks up to three qualified individuals to provide instructor monitoring services for the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council to ensure compliance with KRS 15.330 and 503 KAR 1:100. Contractors will monitor certified instructors and approved curricula/academies, provide written evaluation reports within 30 days of assignment, and report findings at KLEC quarterly meetings; the work will be performed statewide. The anticipated period of performance begins July 8, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with up to four one-year renewal options.
