The selected vendor must be able to deploy the requested number of temporary laborers within two hours of a request, ensuring workers are qualified, drug-tested, background-screened, and capable of performing strenuous labor under adverse conditions. Mobile County Public Schools is soliciting bids for Contract Labor - Bleacher Repair services under Invitation to Bid #26-42. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District issued a special notice (market survey) requesting industry feedback on potential Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for the East West Infrastructure Connection (EWIC) construction project at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, an FY2027 MILCON estimated at $40,000,000–$60,000,000. This is a market-research/special notice (not a solicitation for proposals) asking for responses to a PLA market survey and related questions; responses are requested by 3:00 PM Eastern on August 13, 2026. The scope described includes roadway realignment, security fencing and anti-terrorism work, duct bank and utility construction, site preparation and demolition, and requirements for DoD antiterrorism/cybersecurity and accessibility compliance to inform whether a PLA will be required.

The City of Houston is seeking qualified contractors to provide landscape and litter removal labor services. The scope includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for these services. HVAC - Misc. Repair Parts & Labor.

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry issued this solicitation for the Wingswept Case Management System (CMTS) to support its case management operations. The procurement covers licensing, onboarding, training, and ongoing support services for the Wingswept CMTS platform used by the agency's Bureau of Labor Law Compliance. Contract renewal pricing will be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the Houston, Texas area as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Legal Representation - Labor Law.

Provision of Labor Compliance Consultant (LCC) to provide as-needed labor compliance services in support of County Fire programs and projects.

The San Antonio River Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supplement its own staff with landscape maintenance and litter removal labor services along its waterways. Under this RFP (00361), the selected contractor will provide supplemental landscape maintenance on a weekly basis and on-call litter removal services following rain events or as otherwise directed by the River Authority. Provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC”) Services for labor and industries building renovation project.

The Office of Labor Relations for Boston Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive, user-friendly online legal research platform that improves efficiency, supports informed decision-making, and leverages AI-assisted research. Required services include unlimited access to legal, news, and other full-text information resources, AI-assisted research capabilities, a secure repository for BPS labor relations documents, training, and ongoing support. The solicitation indicates the selected vendor will implement and support the platform and lists an estimated budget range of $50,000–$200,000 per year.

The County of Alameda has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP #902747) seeking a qualified labor relations consulting services provider to serve as the County's Chief Spokesperson and lead negotiator during collective bargaining negotiations and meet-and-confer sessions. The selected vendor will provide strategic labor relations services across the County's approximately 8,100 employees and 28,680 In-Home Supportive Services providers, advising the Board and County leadership on labor relations impacts and developing negotiation strategies. The County intends to award an initial three-year contract with the option to renew for two years.
