The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting providers to deliver Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house bed services and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders in the Middle Judicial District of Louisiana. The acquisition is an IDIQ contract with firm fixed unit prices covering up to 22 in-house RRC beds and up to 20 home confinement placements and will follow the BOP Statement of Work (Residential Reentry Center, March 2022 SOW). The solicitation will be distributed through SAM.gov and the pre-solicitation indicates the formal solicitation will be posted on or about 2026-01-03 with an estimated closing date of 2026-03-04.
