The Iowa Judicial Branch (Juvenile Court Services, Second Judicial District) is soliciting proposals to provide individual and group therapy services across 22 counties in JCS District 2 for juveniles adjudicated as delinquent and youth at risk. Required services include in-person and virtual individual therapy, group therapy with specified facilitator staffing for different group sizes, individualized treatment plans, monthly and quarterly reporting, and specified staff qualifications and insurance coverage. Key deadlines include a mandatory letter of intent due May 4, 2026, written questions due May 11, 2026, and proposals due June 8, 2026; the initial contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with up to five one-year renewals.

Conducting market research to identify potential solutions to replace components of SAP Solution Manager, which will reach end of mainstream support on December 31, 2027. The Judicial Council uses the following SAP Solution Manager modules: Transport Management ITSM (Incident Management), Document and Requirements Management Change Request and Transport Workflow (“ChaRM”).

Provide architectural and engineering services for a courts and justice facilities planning and feasibility study. The county seeks to evaluate current and future space needs, develop recommendations for a new court facility, assess the feasibility of renovating existing or vacant structures, and prepare a phased capital improvement plan to support the county's long-term judicial and operational requirements.

The Iowa Judicial Branch is soliciting proposals for a Restorative Community Conferencing program as an alternative to juvenile court involvement for youth referred for serious offenses. The program aims to reduce recidivism and strengthen community relationships by focusing on dialogue and accountability rather than traditional punishment. All program referrals must be reviewed and approved by the Scott County Attorney’s Office prior to participation.

The Iowa Judicial Branch is soliciting proposals for Credible Messenger Transformative Mentoring services for youth involved with Juvenile Court Services in Scott County. The program focuses on group-based and one-on-one mentoring to improve public safety and youth community outcomes over a 12-month period. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals with a submission deadline of June 15, 2026.

The Judicial Council of California issued an RFI to identify law firms or individuals to provide legal representation for parents and conflict children in juvenile dependency proceedings for the Santa Clara Superior Court. Submissions must be sent electronically to solicitations@jud.ca.gov by June 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This solicitation is for legal services and is currently marked as open for responses.

Work inlcudes construction of a new county jail facility on the site immediately adjacent to the existing county jail. Demolition of the existing jail facility and sealing of the existing security tunnel that connects the existing jail facility to the adjacent judicial complex. The existing facility will be demolished, including removal of the foundations and the removal and capping of the existing utilities. The security tunnel, once sealed at each end, will be fully grouted.

The State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget issued a Request for Proposals for statewide court reporting, recording, and stenomask reporter services. The procurement seeks to establish a contract for professional reporting services to support various state judicial and administrative needs.

Juvenile Court Services within Iowa’s Third Judicial District is soliciting vendors to provide Transition to Adult and Aftercare services for youth returning from out-of-home placements using the On the Way Home curriculum. The program emphasizes reduced recidivism, self-sufficiency, and family engagement with an initial one-year contract term starting in July 2026. The maximum annual budget for this contract is $150,000, and proposals are due by June 3, 2026.

The Iowa Judicial Branch seeks vendors to provide Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB) individual and group therapy services for juveniles in Juvenile Court Services District 2. The scope includes assessments, individualized safety plans, and quarterly reporting for the initial contract term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Proposals must include staff certified by ATSA or IBTSA and meet specific insurance and reporting requirements.

The City of Lakeland Employees’ Pension & Retirement System Board of Trustees seeks proposals from attorneys or law firms experienced in public pension and retirement matters to serve as legal counsel for an initial five-year term. The selected firm will advise on Florida statutes, represent the Board in administrative and judicial proceedings, and prepare rulings and vendor contracts. Proposals are due by June 23, 2026, with a vendor question deadline set for June 12, 2026.

The New Hampshire Judicial Branch seeks a vendor to design, pilot, coordinate, and implement a collaborative transportation solution to provide reliable transportation for participants in Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Family Treatment Court, addressing barriers in rural and underserved areas. The contractor will operate a contact center, confirm eligibility, schedule individual and group trips, ensure safety and accessibility, and provide after-hours and limited-English-proficiency accommodations. The period of performance runs from contract award through September 30, 2028, with one optional one-year renewal available.
