Beyond the Bench 2027 (Full Conference) RFP

Description: The Judicial Council of California is soliciting proposals from hotels to provide meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and food & beverage for the Beyond the Bench 2027 full conference. The solicitation lists preferred locations (San Diego — airport and downtown only — Chula Vista, and Anaheim) and two possible date blocks in December 2027 (Dec 4–9 or Dec 11–16). Proposals must be emailed to ConferenceRFPs@jud.ca.gov and are due by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on July 22, 2026.
