Inland Empire Health Plan issued an RFP for an Electronic Health Record System (RFP-26-07045) seeking proposals to provide an EHR solution. The solicitation lists an estimated value range between $250,000 and $2,500,000 and includes a vendor questions due date of June 3, 2026. Proposals are due on June 19, 2026, and all official documents and response instructions are hosted on the buyer's official portal.

The contractor shall complete the required MSP services for each patient within a maximum of two visits. For Health Screenings for incoming students, the Contractor shall provide RN or higher professional degree to conduct each scheduled Health Screening as scheduled. The contractor shall upload the medical records from the subcontracted health care clinics. If the Contractor refers the FLETC staff, FLETC detailees, and FLETC students to a subcontractor outside health or mental clinic, then the Contractor shall upload the medical records from the subcontractor within 5 business days or provide documentation (date, time and subcontractor contact person) of the attempts to obtain this information. If the receipt of the documentation is delayed, the Contractor shall update the Cheltenham COR and OMO on a regular basis until the information is received. See attached file.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Department for Public Advocacy, is soliciting proposals for a Capital Mental Health Consultant to provide specialized mental health consultations and training to criminal defense death penalty teams, including case reviews and facilitation of meetings. The contractor will review case materials, develop agendas with lead attorneys, facilitate 2–4 hour case review meetings, assist in planning and recommending mental health training, and participate in regional and distance learning, with services capped at approximately 133 hours. The anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, and bidders must meet minimum qualifications including a Master’s Degree in Social Work and five years’ relevant experience.

To support the development and implementation of environmental public health improvement initiatives in local public health agencies and federally recognized Tribal nations.

The owner is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers who can recruit and train underage purchasers for tobacco retailer compliance checks. The DHS Office of Health Security issued a Request for Information seeking commercial Occupational/Employee Health EHR/MIS capabilities to support approximately 200,000 DHS civilian personnel. Responses must be submitted using an online RFI Response Form and are due by June 3, 2026.
