Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for Health Insurance Broker Services to support its benefits/insurance needs. The solicitation is posted via the Housing Agency Marketplace procurement portal and directs interested vendors to that portal for documentation and submission instructions. The opportunity opens 2026-07-11 and closes 2026-08-07; no public PDF was available without vendor registration on the buyer portal.

The State of North Dakota has issued procurement Solicitation Number SRC000347 seeking a Health Information Technology Consultant to provide advisory, implementation, and assessment services supporting state health information technology initiatives, with a maximum budget of $500,000 USD. The opportunity is managed through the North Dakota NDBuys procurement portal, with a structured response deadline of July 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time (17:00 UTC), and supporting documents include the main RFP, Sample Purchase of Service Agreement, Cost Proposal, Evaluation Tool, Substitute IRS Form W-9, and Business Associate Agreement. The Administrative Document instructs offerors to enter a nominal cost of "0.01" on the portal and to provide comprehensive pricing in Submittal Form C contained in the attachments.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services is soliciting qualified professionals to provide forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare-involved individuals and families. The scope includes assessments of parent mental health, caregiver capacity, disability accommodations, and parent-child attachment, with expert testimony capabilities as needed. Proposals must be submitted through BidNet Direct by the stated closing date of July 20, 2026.

The City of St. Joseph (Mass Transit Division) is soliciting proposals to provide health insurance coverage for its transit employees and early retirees. The RFP requests proposals that closely duplicate the current Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City PPO design and that include medical, pharmacy, managed care programs, a summary of benefits, monthly premiums by tier, a one-year guaranteed rate, and a network provider directory. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting contractors to provide training, education, and workforce development support services for its Alzheimer's and Elder Health Program, including curriculum development, delivery, technical assistance, and evaluation. The procurement is a sole-source contract structure with a one-year base and four one-year option periods (hybrid FFP base with an IDIQ ordering component) and an estimated budget of $5,000,000–$20,000,000. Request for proposals from nonprofit organizations seeking event sponsorships from CenCal Health for events aligning with CenCal Health's mission and focus areas.

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is soliciting a qualified health care organization to provide accessible primary health care and behavioral health services to students across its campuses. Services requested include primary and preventive care, acute episodic care, behavioral and mental health counseling, crisis intervention and referral, substance use assessment/referral, dental/mobile services, and telehealth options; services may be delivered on-site, via mobile units, or through telehealth and must comply with applicable licensing and HIPAA. The solicitation covers multiple MCCCD campuses in Maricopa County, the contract is expected to begin around October 15, 2026 for an initial two-year term with up to three one-year renewals, and proposals are due August 10, 2026.

The Work of the project includes, but is not limited to, a new pre-engineered metal building structure to be used for nursing instruction; including storm shelter, sidewalks, parking, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems. and coordination and supervision of the entire project, and all related work, as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents.

Contractor shall perform the following tasks, including but not limited to: 3.1. Phase 1 3.1.1. Meet with the Project Manager for orientation to review and discuss SHARP assessment criteria requirements, data sources, and Metro systems. This will require multiple meetings. 3.1.2. Coordinate with the Project Manager to conduct one (1) to two (2) site visits of one (1) Bus Division, one (1) Rail Division, and one (1) Location that houses each additional Department, noted in Section 2.0 Purpose (one department may have employees assigned to multiple locations) to become familiar with the site environment. See Appendix B for Divisions/Locations list and addresses. 3.1.3. Develop and submit a Project Management Plan that includes a completion timeline, approach to conduct assessments based on criteria requirement, and examples of Assessment Report Forms, Scorecards, Final Executive Report and Presentation of Findings. 3.1.4. Coordinate a meeting(s) with the Project Manager to discuss physical locations of the below listed documents and plan site visits for the access/retrieval of documents to conduct the assessment activities.

Seeking experienced and qualified human services providers, who demonstrate knowledge and expertise in delivering culturally and linguistically competent services to provide technical support for the LHI in one or more of the following areas: strategic planning, event management, and/or communication.

This RFP seeks up to 40 community-based organizations or individuals to serve as Credible Public Health Messengers in New York State. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking technical services to update and enhance its Bridge Health Dashboard (BHD), including Resensys API integration and work on the IBM Remote Sensor Dashboard project to integrate sensor data such as cathodic protection, scour, water level, acoustic, strain, movement, moisture, and bridge pile monitoring. The vendor will enhance the BHD using the Department’s ESRI Experience Builder framework within the existing ArcGIS environment and deliver datasets for the Remote Sensor Dashboard; the period of performance is one year. This is a single-source procurement intended to be awarded to Epic Engineering & Consulting Group, LLC; the response period runs from July 1, 2026 through July 27, 2026.
