Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for Health Insurance Broker Services to support its benefits/insurance needs. The solicitation is posted via the Housing Agency Marketplace procurement portal and directs interested vendors to that portal for documentation and submission instructions. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services is soliciting qualified professionals to provide forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare-involved individuals and families. The scope includes assessments of parent mental health, caregiver capacity, disability accommodations, and parent-child attachment, with expert testimony capabilities as needed.
