The Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting proposals for ocean floor mapping services using long-endurance unmanned surface vehicles under a firm-fixed-price, multiple-award IDIQ contract. The procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses with a contract ceiling of $40 million and performance based at the John C. Stennis Space Center. Contractors must provide full mission logistics and deliver bathymetric survey data compliant with International Hydrographic Organization Order 1a standards.

The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation is seeking proposals for staff augmentation in Computer and Information Systems Management (CISM) services. The scope of work includes technology support, professional services, technology infrastructure, and information systems management for Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). The anticipated project start date is October 1, 2026, with proposals required to be submitted electronically via eContract Philly.

Provide surveying and mapping services.

The DHS Office of Health Security issued a Request for Information seeking commercial Occupational/Employee Health EHR/MIS capabilities to support approximately 200,000 DHS civilian personnel. Responses must be submitted using an online RFI Response Form and are due by June 3, 2026. This market research effort is intended to inform future acquisition planning and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or a grant program.

a. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliance – CBP is interested in systems that meet all current FAA requirements. b. Minimal personnel requirements – CBP seeks a lightweight solution that can be employed by one, or maximum of two, personnel. This includes transportation, setup, and deployment of the system. c. Autonomy – CBP is interested in systems that may be left unattended and/or operated autonomously, with minor to no agent input. d. Artificial intelligence/machine learning – CBP is interested in systems able to consistently execute redundant tasks — such as real-time processing of video and still images — to detect, identify, classify, and track IoIs illegally entering the United States. CBP is interested in systems with onboard autonomy or ground control station (GCS) based autonomy. This may also include real-time (or near real-time) change-detection capabilities during the same or previous flights. See attached file.

Provide staffing augmentation for its computer and information systems at the airports. Aviation is seeking firms to provide computer and information systems management (cism) services to maintain all airport computer systems, hardware, software, networks.

This RFI aims to inform industry of DHS-wide requirements, understand current commercial capabilities, and obtain feedback for future acquisition planning. The hardware and software solution: Provide a high-level description of your contributions to the proposed system, including the following elements, as applicable: Notional system architecture sketch including characteristics of the quantum register (e.g., physical qubits); Logical architecture for fault-tolerant computation, including quantum error correction, logical gate set, and planned scheme for universal gates; Software environment, including development, compilation, execution, and system management components; Packaging, including site requirements, consumables, power, cooling, floor space, and weight (if you have a site preparation guide, please include it); How the proposed solution fits into your long-term roadmap. The system must be deployed in the DHS cloud with a minimum FedRAMP Moderate authorization and support standards-based interoperability including HL7 FHIR R4 and USCDI.
