The scope includes hardcopy mapping of landownership information and may include digital mapping of the County Road network, utilities, voting districts, vehicle tracking, and planning-related layers such as zoning, addressing, historical significance, flood data, owner information, cadastral data, oil and gas data, abandoned pipeline and oil well data. Proposals must be submitted by email by the closing date of August 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm MT.

The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Geographic Information System (GIS) Support Services and GIS-centric software platform support on a continuing, as-needed basis. The scope includes technical support and troubleshooting for existing GIS applications, spatial data management, user training and documentation, system upgrades and patch management, and ensuring compliance with county IT security standards. Proposals must be submitted via Virginia's eVA procurement portal by 2:00 PM on July 31, 2026.

This is an active Request for Proposals (not a grant program) for educational technology development and information systems training pathway services.
