The solicitation estimates a contract value in the $50,000–$250,000 range and requires submission of specified attachments by the buyer portal.

The work consists of the following approximate work: site work, detention pond and erosion control for a 150-acre site.

The State of South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) is soliciting Community Housing Development Services (Solicitation #5400023893) to establish a Qualified Provider List for developing affordable housing units for persons with mental illnesses. The procurement is a fixed-price solicitation with funding up to $25,000 per housing unit and requires demonstrable affordable housing development experience and long-term housing commitments.

The NYC Department of Education is soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive instructional technology professional development services for Pre-K through 12 schools across New York City, with three optional components (workshops, curriculum enrichment, and mentoring). The solicitation is open indefinitely and lists proposals due 08/25/2045 at 1:00 PM; vendors are instructed to download the solicitation from the DOE InfoHub and submit proposals to the Division of Contracts and Purchasing at 65 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority - Division of Procurement Services is soliciting community housing development services to leverage SCDMH funds as match for developing affordable housing units for persons with mental illnesses across South Carolina. The procurement will establish a Qualified Provider List with contract terms up to five years (one year plus four renewals) and compensation up to $25,000 per housing unit.
