Extramural biomedical research and development.

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) Public Procurement Agency is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques for the development of a Compact Home Community. The project seeks qualified proponents to plan, develop, and deliver compact housing units as part of a community development initiative in Channel-Port aux Basques, NL. Proposals are submitted electronically in PDF format, with a public opening scheduled following the closing date.

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Energy, issued this Sources Sought notice on July 9, 2026 to solicit industry information on capabilities for Technical Research, Engineering, and Development Services. It is anticipated as a follow-on contract to existing Technical Research, Engineering, and Development (TREDS) work performed primarily at Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico. Responses were due by July 23, 2026 and the solicitation is not a grant program.

The Fern Ridge School District is seeking bids from experienced contractors for the development of three athletic fields in the empty lot behind Elmira Elementary School at 88960 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, OR 97437. The scope includes mass and fine grading, seeding, soil amendment, gravel, minor storm work, and associated site development work, resulting in baseball, softball, and soccer fields (with irrigation, dugouts, and backstops planned for a future phase). A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 13, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Elmira Elementary School main parking lot, and hard copy bids are due to the Fern Ridge School District offices at 88834 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, OR 97437 by 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), through its Redstone Arsenal contracting office, is seeking a contractor to provide subject matter expertise and instruction on clandestine laboratory safety, explosive precursor chemicals, hazardous material investigations, and CBRNE Weapons of Mass Destruction threat lectures in support of the FBI's Domestic Preparedness Unit (DPU) training mission. The procurement supports existing training classes as well as the development of new curriculum, and is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 541990 with a place of performance at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Offers are being solicited via Request for Quotation 15F06726Q0000295, with Amendment 2 extending the response deadline to July 27, 2026 at 12:00 pm CDT.

Soliciting proposals from qualified firms for digital development services.

The Department of the Army (ACC Aberdeen Proving Ground) issued a Notice of Intent to sole source software development and support services for continued development of Target Damage Cards (TDC) and integration with JTCG/ME tools (including INSiTE and DIEE). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (identified as Thornton Tomasetti) under FAR 6.302-1 for one base year plus one 12-month option period; the notice functions as an RFI for capable firms but is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses are due by 22 July 2026 (instructions indicate submission via email to Nicole.g.hernandez2.civ@army.mil).

Providing high quality professional development in Academic Intervention Services (AIS) to schools within the City public school system. The goal of this MTAC is facilitate schools’ collaborations with organizations capable of delivering high quality professional development in AIS in the areas of literacy, mathematics, science, social studies and behavior to develop targeted intervention strategies to help struggling students performing below grade level expectations.

The Texas City Independent School District is seeking proposals for staff development services and related products, including training and professional development for district staff. The district will award a contract based on best value and requires vendors to provide detailed descriptions of services and pricing while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Providing professional development to school leadership and instructional staff across content areas, with an overall focus on improving the classroom environment for learning and leadership development, while providing best practices to prepare students for the challenges of postsecondary education and work. The goal is to train educators to proactively plan varied approaches to what students need to learn, how they will learn it, and/or how they can express what they have learned, in order to increase the likelihood that each student will learn as efficiently as possible. Partners are also sought to assist administrators in understanding the concepts of sustainable leadership, particularly in an environment where principals have discretion in decision-making, and are accountable for student success.

Seeks proposals from qualified educational consultants and/or McGraw Hill-authorized professional learning providers to deliver comprehensive professional development and implementation support for the district-wide implementation of Reveal Math. The district serves grades K–12 and requires a combination of introductory training, implementation coaching, classroom support, and advanced professional learning opportunities throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Proposals are sought from development teams to plan, finance, and deliver a high-quality mixed-use development on a 64-acre property near Virginia Route 40 and U.S. Route 220 in Rocky Mount, Virginia, to expand housing, strengthen the tax base, and create commercial and civic amenities.
