Atlanta Housing Authority is soliciting a developer to enter into a redevelopment agreement to redevelop three vacant blocks at the former Englewood Manor site in the Chosewood Park neighborhood. The project aims to create mixed-income housing and requires submissions including a Development Program Overview, Management Plan, and Opportunity & Inclusion Plan. Proposers must also provide E-Verify and Debarment certifications and demonstrate sufficient financial capacity for the redevelopment.

Bids are due May 29, 2026 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder per the solicitation.

The Tribal Housing Pre-Development Fund is a grant opportunity that funds activities related to affordable housing development, including planning, infrastructure, construction, site preparation, and other pre-development activities.
