Provide Cancer Research Data Commons Data Discovery Portal.

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation seeks contractor support to develop and maintain a Cancer Research Data Commons Data Discovery Portal, with work focusing on Section 508 accessibility compliance and portal development/maintenance. The notice is a sole-source procurement limited to Jataware Corp. and is being handled by the Interior Business Center on behalf of the requesting agency. The solicitation was published May 19, 2026, and proposals are due June 10, 2026.

The New Hampshire Department of Education's Bureau of Assessment and Accountability is seeking a vendor to provide data literacy coaching to schools and districts across the state. The selected vendor will be responsible for annual data coaching, professional learning, and school support to enhance data-driven decision-making in educational settings. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline of June 2, 2026, at 4 p.m.

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) seeks a modern, cloud-based Data Analytics Platform (DAP) to extract, analyze, migrate, and report Medicaid data, replacing legacy systems and improving transparency, reporting accuracy, and program oversight. The project includes migration of roughly 110-120 TB of historical data and conversion of over 650 reports/dashboards, development of 30 curated data products, and ongoing support phases. The initial contract term is five years with two one-year options and an anticipated go-live no later than July 1, 2029.

IES seeks contractor support for a computing environment where researchers approved by IES can obtain secure, remote access to approved IES Restricted Use Data (RUD), most notably data from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and the National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance (NCEE), for approved research projects.This requirement provides assistance with expanding and managing secure, remote access to RUD in alignment with IES’s mission to promote evidence-building, with a focus on improving student outcomes, while meeting IES’s responsibilities to protect confidential information collected for statistical purpose. Additionally, this requirement supports NCES’s move to a fully digital RUD license program by operating the virtual enclave, overseeing the removal of physical media, and managing key components of the RUD license application process for new users and datasets.

The U.S. Department of Education seeks a contractor to establish and operate a virtual data enclave providing secure access to Restricted Use Data for approved researchers. The contract involves user management, disclosure risk reviews, and IT security compliance for NCES and NCEE datasets over a potential five-year period. Evaluation factors include technical approach, management, past performance, and price for this firm-fixed-price requirement.

Seeking a vendor to perform maintenance andenhancement of the customized aquisnet and water information system by kisters(wiski) software systems which polls or receives data from remote air and watersampling equipment locations, provides methods of quality control (qc) dataintegration, data evaluation, and the ability to automatically export data forintegration with other external and in-house data systems.

The University of Missouri System (through MOREnet) is soliciting proposals to furnish and deliver Data Transport Services (Ethernet connections and related installation/maintenance) to connect MOREnet member sites across Missouri. The contract term is three years with one automatic three-year extension and includes firm pricing requirements for various bandwidths and SLAs. Respondents must meet bidder requirements including maintaining a regular place of business in Missouri and comply with MOREnet instructions; questions are routed to the UM procurement contact.

The National Institutes of Health is issuing a presolicitation for a Data Access Program to expand access to CMS-linked and other federal datasets, provide a secure government-owned/contractor-operated enclave, and offer data linkage, processing, documentation, and user support services to NIH-funded researchers. The requirement emphasizes scalable, automated data acquisition/linkage, FISMA Moderate and Zero Trust compliance, researcher identity verification, and federated data services to host and share sensitive research datasets. The presolicitation seeks offerors capable of establishing and operating the enclave and related services; a formal RFP is expected to be released (per the notice) and will contain submission instructions.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is soliciting proposals for Data Engineering Services to manage and support enterprise data engineering functions in partnership with SMUD’s enterprise data and analytics team. The contract term is 36 months and seeks vendors to deliver data solutions across the organization. The solicitation includes a remote pre-bid meeting and an online Q&A period for interested vendors.

The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) issued a combined synopsis/solicitation requesting quotations for 12 units of NSN 7025-01-567-9592 (Terminal, Data Processing - SUN USB KVM drawer with trackball mouse, 8-port USB KVM switch). The procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334419, will be awarded via simplified acquisition procedures using Firm Fixed Price and LPTA evaluation, and requires MIL-STD packaging/marking and FOB destination delivery to SFLC in Baltimore, MD. Quotations are due June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT; offerors must be registered in SAM and meet the solicitation instructions and FAR clauses listed in the notice.

Provide data analysis services.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is soliciting proposals for Roadway Characteristics Inventory (RCI) data collection and data entry services across locations in Florida to support transportation planning and infrastructure management. The solicitation identifies a response window beginning May 27, 2026 and closing June 1, 2026, and estimates an approximate contract value in the range of $1,500,000 to $6,000,000. The procurement is an RFP and is listed on the official state procurement portal, MyFloridaMarketPlace.

Provide medicaid data consulting services. Consulting will entail advising the agency on analysis and presentation of data to enhance usability by program areas and personnel.

Utility data management (UDMS) for all existing and future MPS utility data an related building information. This includes analyzing all monthly utility invoices and energy uses, providing internet access to all utility data to MPS staff, providing assistance with MPS' annual utility budget development etc. See outside link.
