The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division, is seeking an annual subscription for anonymized human mobility data with two one-year option periods to support studies of recreational and other human uses of coastal natural resources. The subscription must provide nationwide coverage, unlimited access or sufficient quota for ~15 projects per year, documentation (codebooks/methodology), customer support, and sharing permissions that allow NOAA to share data with partners and the public.
