This work is focuses on work-force related data sources to support education decision makers in areas such as college and career exploration, work-based learning, and career-technical education. Developed content will be owned by DEW and hosted within the statewide learning management system.

The Commonwealth of Virginia solicitation seeks a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing governance for the Virginia Workforce Data Trust between the Department of Workforce Development and Advancement (DWDA) and the Virginia Department for Veterans Services (DVS). It is listed as a Future Procurement (FPR) opportunity for the Virginia Workforce Data Trust with an estimated experimental value and governance scope. The Contractor shall provide data/information-capture, data/ information-analysis, data/information-visualization, programmatic planning, and implementation support to optimize the model for the Riverside Education and Interpretive Center (REIC). The Contractor’s scope includes veteran decedent data & information visualization—pertaining to stories of veterans—to inform effective operational programming of the REIC. The Army Applications Laboratory seeks solutions to capture and transmit vehicle platform telemetry and logistics data in degraded, disconnected, intermittent, and limited bandwidth environments. The solution must interface with vehicle CAN bus protocols across multiple platforms and support autonomous reporting with up to 24-hour local data storage. Secure transmission over SATCOM, radio, and Ethernet is required to enable predictive sustainment and maintain accurate operational status reporting.

The State of Missouri (Missouri Division of Tourism) issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Domestic Visitor Data Survey and Database Research Services to conduct a national traveler tracking survey and deliver accessible database hosting and support. The contract period is stated as July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with requirements for a written research plan and minimum survey volumes and at least five years’ experience in travel/tourism research.
