Additionally, the committee discussed construction costs and budget trends, reviewed the audit report for the period ending June 30, 2025, and prepared for a report presentation to the school board.

The committee reviewed and approved the performance and financial audit reports for the construction bond, which confirmed no exceptions were found. The Measure E bond program was discussed, including a project overview of the TK/K building, creek embankment, and various site modernization projects. Additionally, the committee addressed the upcoming presentation of the report to the school board and reviewed the status of current member terms.

The Local Control and Accountability Plan for Woodside Elementary School District, serving TK-8th grade students, outlines three primary goals: fostering whole child development with an emphasis on community citizenship and personal responsibility; advancing academic rigor and student offerings through innovative, individualized learning and research-based practices; and strengthening community connections to ensure a sense of belonging and inclusion for all stakeholders.
