Priority projects are organized around economic vitality, design, promotion, and organization, with an emphasis on community engagement and public-private partnerships.

The Malone Village Board held a work session on March 3, 2021, addressing various resolutions related to the DPW facility project. The board awarded bids for electrical, general contracting, mechanical, and plumbing work to Tel Inc., Con Tech Building Systems, Cornerstone Services, and K&L Plumbing and Heating, Inc., respectively.
