Village of Lindenhurst

The Two-Family Review Board held a public hearing to consider applications for two-family permits and second kitchen permits. The board established conditions for approval, including obtaining a Certificate of Compliance within 90 days, and non-transferability of permits. Several applications for renewal of temporary two-family permits were approved, subject to conditions and future public hearings. Some applications were held in abeyance pending inspections and the completion of required repairs or submissions of documentation.
