Sole Source: Deprioritize; approvals are highly unlikely—pivot to coops or competitive bid.
Coops: Lead with Sourcewell or OMNIA Partners to buy via a pre-competed contract; if not feasible, expect a formal bid at $20,001+.
Village of Fort Edward, NY shows a near-total absence of sole source awards—treat this path as non-viable. No specific sole source dollar threshold is provided.
