Contract 2: excavation, including rock excavation and backfill to widen the roadway and improve drainage swales, additions and modifications to drainage piping, placement and compaction of gravel. Contract 3: tree removal, excavation and backfill to widen the roadway and improve drainage swales, additions and modifications to drainage piping, placement and compaction of gravel, asphalt paving, site restoration.
