The Mayor and Town Council have determined that the adoption of a Capital Improvement Program is in the best interests of the Town and will provide a useful guide for planning and budgeting of capital improvements and assigning priorities and funding sources among such improvements. The FY 26 Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years FY 26 - FY 31 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby accepted and acknowledged by the Town Council for The Town of Union Bridge.
