               WHEREAS, this Board did heretofore advertise for bids for the following:                 FERROUS CHLORIDE and                WHEREAS, two (2) bids were received at the time and place mentioned in the notice thereof, and publicly read and considered as follows:                        .                                             Kemira Water Solutions, Inc.                          $953 / Dry Ton             Lawrence, Kansas                                                                   PVS Technologies, Inc.              Detroit, MI                                                                    $1,075 / Dry Ton             and              WHEREAS, two (2) bids were referred to the Chairman of the Committee and the Director of Water Resources for study and recommendation, and it is recommended that the bid of Kemira Water Solutions, Inc., Lawrence, Kansas be accepted at their bid of $953 / Dry Ton Nunc Pro Tunc              NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this Town Board does hereby accept the bid of Kemira Water Solutions, Inc., as described above, all in accordance with specifications and instructions to bidders; and              BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Clerk be authorized to return any certified checks or bid bonds to unsuccessful bidders; and              BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Supervisor and Town Board, as Commissioners of the Sewer Consolidated District, shall be authorized to sign any documents necessary; and budgeted funds will be used from Account 124.380.8130.840 843500
