Town of Tioga

The Board reviewed the NY-Tioga V solar farm project located at 491 Glenmary Dr. The Planning Board approved the decommissioning plan and the environmental assessment, noting no prime farm soil disturbance or archeological interest. A motion was passed approving the negative declaration (environmental assessment) with a modification to the construction start time, changing it from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The Board also approved the presented Site Plan, which included a special use permit, subject to the same construction start time change.
