The Board reviewed the NY-Tioga V solar farm project located at 491 Glenmary Dr. The Planning Board approved the decommissioning plan and the environmental assessment, noting no prime farm soil disturbance or archeological interest. A motion was passed approving the negative declaration (environmental assessment) with a modification to the construction start time, changing it from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The Board also approved the presented Site Plan, which included a special use permit, subject to the same construction start time change. The discussion included the potential need for a camper/RV ordinance, which will be further addressed in the next meeting. The Board also requested the presence of the Code Enforcer at subsequent monthly meetings.

The board declared The Town of Tioga as lead agency for the project and approved moving it to the County for 239Review, contingent on completed storm water data. Various buildings throughout The Town were also discussed.
