The open forum is to discuss ways to move forward with current fire department needs. Funds were approved in the recent FY 25/26 budget to develop plans for an expansion to the existing fire department. Staff is requesting to schedule a Board Workshop to discuss various ways to move forward with current fire department needs, given the current uncertainty regarding the type and amount of fire funding that the County may approve in the upcoming year.
