Demolish and properly dispose of all materials from the existing 61' long by 13' wide (approx. outer dimensions); design, produce, and supply all shop and civil (stamped) drawings, requisite permits; the court location is to be moved 2' east (closer to and approx. 4' off the existing sidewalk at the west side of the building). It is to be situated approx. 1' further south. Please note that the project space for the amenity calls for a north-south orientation, lengthwise; the finish grade is to be consistent with existing site conditions and appropriate drainage requirements for the new court. Please note, there are drainage grates present in the grassy areas north and south of the existing court, however, plans are not available. See attached file.
