The following description, while not intended to cover all details, outlines some items of the work to be accomplished under this Contract: BASE BID 1.Construct approximately 2,546 L.F. of 12” HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 2.Construct approximately 719 L.F. of 10” HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting; 3.Construct approximately 491 L.F. of 8” HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by trenching; 4.Construct two (2) 4’-diameter manholes, remove and replace nine (9) 4’-diameter manholes. ADD ALTERNATE 1 1.Construct approximately 2,197 L.F. of 8” HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 2.Construct one (1) 4’-diameter manholes, remove and replace three (3) 4’-diameter manholes. ADD ALTERNATE 2 1.Construct approximately 1,981 L.F. of 8” HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 2.Construct three (3) 4’-diameter manholes, remove and replace three (3) 4’-diameter manholes. Note: The system must stay in operation throughout construction. Temporary pumping, piping, plugs, shut offs, etc. shall be considered incidental and included in the cost of other bid items.

Services of Grant Administrator. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications. Research available grants and coordinate with the Board of Trustees and the Town Clerk. Associates degree or better in public administration. Associates degree or better in human resource management. Project management experience required. CDBG Grant Administrator Certificate. Familiarity with environmental resource process, familiarity with release of funds process and familiarity with economic development projects. Must be able to provide monthly expense reports per grants awarded and ad- minister any and all grant projects filed. Grant Administrator fees are paid on a contingency fee basis and are based on the awards of the grants.
