Replace any deteriorated roof decking with new 5/8” plywood decking, and install clips. Install ice and water shield along eves, in all valleys and up all walls and around penetrations. Install synthetic underlayment over the remaining roof area. Fabricate and install 24-gauge Kynar-coated standing seam metal roof system (color to be determined by Town). Fabricate and install accessories as necessary including a vented ridge to ensure a water tight roof system. Clean job site and leave area as you found it.
