The Town of Brewster, Massachusetts owns and operates The Captains Golf Course, a 36-hole municipal facility consisting of the Port and Starboard courses. The Town is seeking quotes to procure and implement an enterprise Golf Management System that will modernize and improve all aspects of operations and the golfer and customer experience. The system must support the two golf courses individually and collectively, POS stations at Town-designated locations, online and mobile access, and the integrations and services described in this RFQ. The selected vendor will provide the software, implementation, migration, training, maintenance, support, hosting, services, and required or recommended hardware necessary for a complete, turnkey Golf Management System. The GMS must be fully mobile and web-based, remotely accessible, and suitable for the Captains Golf Course's Port and Starboard courses. Complete quotes must be received by the Town no later than Tuesday, December 1st, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered. Needed quality will be determined from compliance with mandatory requirements, qualifications and references, ability to meet the implementation schedule, and acceptance of the Town's contract terms. All submissions will be evaluated based upon two sets of criteria - minimum and comparative. The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive minor informalities, verify submitted information, and cancel or reissue the RFQ when in the Town's best interests. The procurement and resulting contract are subject to M.G.L. c. 30B and other applicable law.
