The Bolton Town Board meeting addressed several key areas. It included a public hearing and subsequent adoption of the 2026 Town Budget, as well as discussions and resolutions pertaining to the 2026 Water and Sewer District budgets and rate schedules. Coolidge Hill South LLC's variance for additions to a non-conforming dwelling was approved. Barbara Kincaid's variance for additions to a non-conforming dwelling was approved as well. Stewart's Shops Corporation's variance for additions to a non-conforming structure was also approved.

New business included a resolution to ratify an agreement with Warren County for local tourism promotion, awarding a contract for the Rogers Park Stormwater Mitigation Planning Project, authorizing the Water Department and Highway Department to declare certain items as surplus, and authorizing the Supervisor to enter a contract for veterinary services.

The Planning Board declared itself as the lead agency for SPR25-31, accepted the application as complete, waived a public hearing, and granted final approval for the project, citing no negative environmental impacts.
