Richland School District No. 400 seeks one prime vendor to provide and implement integrated financial and student-information systems in a secure, cloud-based environment, including conversion, integrations, training, hosting, security, support, and maintenance. The scope includes financial and administrative functions, HR and payroll, student information, reporting, and shared technology capabilities; implementation is targeted for full production by September 1, 2028, preferably earlier. Proposals are to be submitted to the district's Executive Director of Finance by email or mail and received by October 31, 2026.
