The Town seeks bids for development of approximately 3.7 acres at the northwest corner of Chestnut Grove Cemetery, including clearing, grading, stormwater and drainage improvements, roadway construction, landscaping, and related site work. The completed work is to accommodate approximately 2,500 burial sites and associated access, drainage, and landscape improvements, and includes three landscape material bins whose design and engineering are the contractor’s responsibility. This is a lump-sum construction contract with a 270-calendar-day period to substantial completion, and construction must be coordinated to maintain cemetery operations.
