This project involves reconstruction of 2 existing timber rail bridges and rehabilitation of 5 existing timber rail bridges to accommodate multi-modal use, resurfacing and expansion of a gravel parking lot, approx 3 miles of aggregate surface multi-modal trail work, and construction access work. These work items will generally include but not be limited to: removals, excavation for structures, timber bridge construction, culvert and underdrain pipe installation, backfill structure type a, steel and timber rail, excavation common, base aggregate dense, asphaltic overlay, concrete pavement, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, restoration, signing, park kiosk, temporary and permanent traffic control and signage.

Work includes erosion control (not including sediment control fence), sediment control fence 9500 lf, demolition 1 ls, monitoring well and borehole abandonments 1 ls, clearing & grubbing 1 ls, dewatering 1 ls, topsoil stripping and stockpiling 35300 cy, on-site clay excavation 106,500 cy, unsuitable soil removal/replacement 16200 cy, see outside link or attached file.
