It details the use of funds for addressing learning loss through evidence-based interventions such as summer learning, extended day programs, and high-frequency tutoring. The plan also addresses the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of students, particularly those disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, including students from low-income families, students of color, English learners, children with disabilities, students experiencing homelessness, children in foster care, and migratory students. Specific initiatives include purchasing remediation software, providing summer programming, high-frequency tutoring, after-school programs, expanding virtual learning, and purchasing software to support EL students and track district spending.
