The City Manager provided updates on various city projects including the LSF East and West, the Marine Safety Building, the Fire Department, the Heat Pump Rebate Program, the Micro Transit Program, and the 101 Crossing. Additionally, the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report was presented, highlighting the net position, general fund reserves, and pension liabilities.
