The Zoning Board of Appeals meetings included discussions and public hearings for various area variance requests. Topics covered constructing telecommunications facilities, parking space approvals, storage buildings, driveway entrances, shed installations, and handicapped ramps. Other discussions involved use variances for pre-existing apartments, extensions for photovoltaic solar systems, and parking waivers for commercial stores.
