Proposals from qualified firms to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program. The selected consultant will provide services that may include, Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret crash data, roadway conditions, and transportation equity indicators. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate a steering committee and conduct broad community outreach (inclusive of translation, childcare, and accessibility services).
