Safety Action Plan (RFP)

Proposals from qualified firms to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program. The selected consultant will provide services that may include, Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret crash data, roadway conditions, and transportation equity indicators. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate a steering committee and conduct broad community outreach (inclusive of translation, childcare, and accessibility services). Action Plan Development: Draft and finalize a comprehensive Safety Action Plan that meets USDOT's SS4A requirements. Equity Integration: Address disadvantaged community impacts and ensure equitable investment priorities. Implementation Strategy: Provide a prioritized list of projects, programs, and policies with cost estimates and funding options. Reporting: Provide deliverables in compliance with FHWA/SS4A reporting, including baseline and final reporting requirements.
