This State Highway 67 Corridor Study outlines short, intermediate, and long-term transportation improvements. It focuses on improving safety through measures like right-turn lanes, lighting enhancements, and speed limit adjustments; reducing congestion via enhanced signalized intersections, Restricted Crossing U-Turn (RCUT) intersections, and roundabouts; and providing a long-term vision encompassing grade separation and frontage road development. The study also addresses access management and accommodations for bicyclists and pedestrians, with a planning horizon extending to 2042.

The City of Glenpool Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the community's growth and long-term vision, guiding decision-making, resource allocation, and service delivery. Developed collaboratively with residents and stakeholders, it outlines clear strategic priorities and focused action plans for implementation. The plan's four key priorities include improving Streets & Infrastructure, expanding Culture & Entertainment, encouraging Economic Development, and enhancing Public Safety. It aims to communicate the City's long-term vision, guide initiatives, set budget direction, and ensure intentional, transparent, and accountable progress.

The city council approved a contract with ODOT for a corridor study on 151st Street and discussed survey work along Highway 75. They also approved the annual audit for the fiscal year 2020-2021, which had zero findings. Additionally, the council launched a redesigned website and discussed the upcoming community cleanup and Red White and Boom bash.

The meeting included a prayer, a management report from David, and council comments regarding 141st Street. There was also a discussion and possible action to enter into an executive session for discussing employment or employee matters and communications between the city council and its attorney concerning a pending claim or action.

The Glenpool Comprehensive Plan, initially adopted in 2010 and updated in 2017, outlines the city's development strategy. The plan includes a supplemental report from the interim update in 2017 and an updated comprehensive plan map, both aimed at guiding the city's future growth and development.
