Key and construct 4.5-foot tall RSP at toe of bank failure per the project construction plans. Installation of compacted jute net soil wraps from top of RSP to top of bank failure per the construction plans. Secure jute net at all interfaces with existing bank. Remove temporary fill used for equipment access. Planting and Re-vegetation will be performed by the City. All permitting shall be obtained by the City.

Key and construct 4.5-foot tall RSP at toe of bank failure per the project construction plans. Installation of compacted jute net soil wraps from top of RSP to top of bank failure per the construction plans. Secure jute net at all interfaces with existing bank. Remove temporary fill used for equipment access. Planting and Re-vegetation will be performed by the City. All permitting shall be obtained by the City.

Work includes rehabilitation of the larger south percolation pond, and the smaller pond north pond, including bottom and sloped walls, to restore the functionality of the ponds, remove approximately 2" of river silt (approx 120 CY) deposited in pond during over topping. River silt removed from ponds will stored on site approx 300 yards from construction site. Remove the bottom substrate in both ponds to a depth that is free from any visible effluent solids or river silt (approx 24" - 36" and estimated at 1,500 to 2,100 CY. Remove the riprap at each outfall of the ponds. Store the riprap onsite for replacement. See attached files.
