Services will include attendance at City Council and board meetings, preparation and review of ordinances, resolutions, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents; providing written and oral legal opinions; advising on legislative and judicial developments; and overseeing litigation and outside legal counsel, as necessary. The City is particularly interested in respondents with substantial experience in Florida municipal government and land use law, including development review, annexation, zoning, and growth-related matters. Submittals shall be delivered to Ms. Christina Dixon, City Clerk, at 117 E. Joe P. Strickland Jr. Ave., P.O. Box 115, Bushnell, FL 33513.
