The Planning Commission held a meeting to discuss several items. Other business included a Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning and concept plan application (PREZ22-01) and a request for an extension of final site plan approval for Sam's Club Filling Station (PSPR21-01).

The acceptance of the Annual Report of the Zoning Board of Appeals for 2023, adoption of the Planning Commission's 2023 Annual Report to the Board of Trustees, proposed zoning ordinance amendments, and a proposal to suspend meetings of and appointments to the Sidewalk and Pathways Privatization Committee were all on the agenda.
