The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct the work. Task 1 – Meetings & Coordination: FHWA will facilitate the scheduling of meetings for the NRN Team members and Contractor throughout the entire project. The meetings will be held via Microsoft (MS) Teams with coordination via email. The Contractor will take notes during all meetings and collect, distribute, and maintain these notes for the team in MS Word or Excel, if necessary for data, charts, etc. in an easily accessible electronic format.
