UT NP ARCH 100(2) Bridges on Delicate Arch Road

Description: This active presolicitation seeks design and construction services for three 100-foot-span concrete bridges on Delicate Arch Road in Arches National Park, replacing inadequate culverts and improving roadway drainage and safety. The work includes roadway realignment, embankment construction, riprap, pavement reclamation and overlay, structural concrete, drilled shafts, bridge railing, guardrails, and temporary traffic control. It is a full and open competition with an estimated cost of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000, and responses are due September 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MDT.
