WSDOT - LiDAR Imagery Viewer RFP

Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for an enterprise-level, cloud-based solution to store, manage, visualize, and extract features from statewide mobile, terrestrial, and aerial LiDAR datasets and associated imagery. The solution must provide secure multi-petabyte storage, a high-performance corridor-based viewer, integrations with transportation GIS and engineering workflows, role-based access controls, training, documentation, support, and compliance with Washington State information-technology requirements. This is an open government procurement for a 12-month project, with proposals due September 11, 2026; it is not a grant program.
