Description: Removing and replacing existing siding with fiber cement panels and fiber cement battens; disposal of all debris; drain wrap behind fiber cement panels; evaluate and repair all substructure damage to include sub sheeting, any damaged structural member, drywall where needed, and insulation where needed; paint exterior to match existing building color; paint interior at new dry walled area, if needed; diamond plate panels at top of wall for ladder training area; remove and replace existing windows in stairwell area; and all job site cleanup.
