Wayside Cottage Exterior Painting

Description: Work includes exterior surface preparation; hand scraping and sanding of deteriorated paint; washing and cleaning of exterior surfaces; spot priming of exposed wood; limited repair and replacement of deteriorated wood components as directed by the village; caulking of joints and gaps; painting of exterior siding, trim, fascia, soffits, doors, window trim, shutters, and other previously painted surfaces; protection of existing landscaping, sidewalks, historic features, and adjacent improvements; site cleanup and proper disposal of all waste materials.
