Description: The Town of Yarmouth is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and dewater alum sludge from two holding lagoons using hydraulic vacuum dredging and a high-solids, high-volume dewatering system. The work is expected to run continuously for about five days and cover approximately 5000m³ of sludge varying from 2% to 8% solids, with dewatered material reaching at least 20% solids.
