A decision was made to amend the Public Participation Program Policy, specifically updating the name of Acadia First Nation to Wasoqopa'q First Nation, and to recommend that Council approve the formal use of digital public hearing notices for planning matters in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.

The council held a public hearing regarding Planning Amendments for the Housing Accelerator Fund, resulting in the deferral of the item to a subsequent meeting. Key business items included passing the second reading for amendments to both the Penalty Bylaw and the Council Meetings Bylaw.
