Work consists of the following: contract no. 1 - general construction: rehabilitation of the primary digester sludge pump room, in the basement of the existing primary digester control building. Rehabilitation of primary digester tank no. 2, including but not limited to a new digester tank cover with specified appurtenance and gas safety equipment, a new submersible mixer, and new instruments (temperature and level measurement). Modification for a new access chamber, including a new ladder, manway door, hatch and jib crane are included under bid alternate no. 1. The construction of a 0.1 mgd wastewater treatment facility.
