Division 1 base bid: encompass work within the wastewater treatment plant including replacement of process equipment (splitter box, blowers, air piping, diffusors, clarifier equipment and digester air system) a new generator, electrical upgrades, installation of gravity sewer piping, and construction of a new building to house the blowers and electrical components.
